Delivery to a Patient:

• This service is provided free of charge.
• Typically, flowers and/or balloons are requested for delivery to a patient; however, you may also choose stuffed animals, candies, or other gifts that we have in stock.
• Credit card payment will be required at the time the order is placed. 
• Please note: ICU patients cannot receive fresh flowers; however, you are welcome to purchase balloons, stuffed animals, or other non-floral products for delivery to an ICU patient. Some patient deliveries may be subject to clearance through the proper channels.

Curbside Pick-Up:

• When you place your call, we will check the availability of the items you are interested in. 
• You will be asked to provide us with your name, vehicle color and type, and credit card payment information. 
• We will then coordinate a pick-up time.
• Orders placed after 3 pm Monday - Thursday will be available for pick-up the next day.  Due to our limited weekend hours and staff, curbside pick-up orders placed on a Friday after 3 pm may not be available until the next business day.
